Get the One time mug.I worked in south central L.A. in the late 80s. The drug dealers would give some of the local kids money to stand on the corner to watch for the police. If a patrol car turned off of Central on to one of the side streets the kids would yell out "one time or two times" depending on how many patrol cars were coming. More than one coming usually meant somebody was going to get jammed up. The youth grew up hearing the police referred to as "one time." It was common for the local youth to greet law enforcement with the phrase, "what's up one time." It wasn't meant or taken derogatory. Just part of the culture.
