Men who exhibit both "metrosexual" and "meathead" tendencies. These men take pride in their style and looks to an extreme degree, particularly the size of their muscles.

Such attention to physical looks is typically attributed to the female gender, but meatrosexuals overcome this stereotype by pairing their effeminate qualities with muscles.

"The Situation" from TV's The Jersey Shore is a meatrosexual if I ever saw one! When he's not working out, he's probably at the salon getting his hair done.

Metrosexual Thread Humper is taken from JR Ward's "Black Dagger Brotherhood" series of books. It refers to a man, who without actually being gay, has the expensive taste for high-end clothing most often associated with gay men.

man #1 - "Look at these awesome deals on sweaters at Gucci and Versace. I'm wearing the Louis Vuitton socks and underwear I bought after my mani/pedi."

A male individual that usually has more feminine qualities, is concerned what they look and dress like, and usually obsessed with gaining weight. Metrosexuals can usually be found at a restaurant eating only organic food choices and salads. Meat is a rare choice on a menu for a metrosexual rather prefer wild salmon. A metrosexual would be found going on shopping runs during their 30 minute office lunch instead of hanging out with the men discussing sports. They call themselved the ADONIS because they are not quite sure of what they really want...He might be gay, straight or bisexual, but this is utterly immaterial because he has clearly taken himself as his own love object and pleasure as his sexual preference
