Verb: Planting evidence or items for evasion, elusion, collusion or any deceptive motive or action. Or a impromptu fabrication of some kind. Based off of the accusations made of the Manitowoc County Sheriff's office during the Steven Avery case. Similar to lip syncing being referred to as "I'm going to Milli Vanilli it".

How am I going to get them to break up? I'll be manitowocing a fake love note and placing it in his backpack later on. Or... My science project? I'll be manitowocing it later on tonight and just say my grandmother was in the hospital and I didn't have time to make it better.

Manitoba mascara

Manitoba mascara: when it's so cold outside, frost from your breath condenses on your eyelashes, moustache, eyebrows, etc., refreezes, and looks as if you'd applied blue-white mascara primer.

Gord, panting: My run was great! I hit the wall, but pushed through and finished the Manitoba Winter Marathon under my personal best time!
Rick: Gordo, go melt off your Manitoba mascara. Dude, you look like a Kardashian right after a facial.
Anne: More like a bukkake victim.
Rick: Yeah, a basketball bukkake victim.

Used in reference to a girl rollin' in with her platonic crew of dudes, often her boyfriend's cool friends.

Not to be confused with "wet spot." The idea of a sexual relationships within the mantourage usually grosses everyone out, and the girl in question must be a nonslut.

Also not to be confused with "douchehag." The guys in the mantourage are of at least acceptable quality.

Becca must be one down-ass chick... she just rolled in with her mantourage.

A bunch of self-absorbed, hypocrites that think they will have long enduring relationships at the beginning of the year but end up hating each other for a dumb reason. A school that is very not recommended. Dropping grades and horrible people, with close-minded teachers and staff. Manitowoc

A town in Northeast Wisconsin where the unemployment rate sores, many stoners are very unhappy because they can not find weed unless they go to Milwaukee (see Milwaukee in Urban Dictionary) and gangsters, hicks, jocks, preps, stoners, and bad asses are the clicks. Most do not talk to each other.
Oh yes I forgot to mention, we can drink like the rest of Wisconsin, we do it all the time. When i say all of the time I don't mean every weekend, I mean everyday.

My graduation service ended at 2 on Friday the sixth 2008 in Manitowoc at Lincoln High School. I took off my tux, cracked open a beer, drove over to my friends house while drinking it. I was wasted by 5'o'clock. I stayed drunk until the proceeding Thursday...literally

Bro, I totally got a Manitowoc Assist this weekend when I my arm was cut off, like all the way off and there should've been blood, EVERYWHERE, but I didn't leave any DNA behind. Zero blood. Zero DNA. Literally NONE. Everyone keeps saying, wait, your arm was cut ALL THE WAY OFF and there's not blood?! You got a Manitowoc Assist.
