A huge, buttfuckload of shit. Like a guy just shat out Oprah and Cristi Ally at the same time. Usually smells bad enough to kill a small animal, it will plug the toilet and sometimes fill the septic tank. Plumbers will forever hate the person that made the Mefac, cursing them out as the walk out of the bathroom in a tattered has-mat suit.

When you lean over someone else's desk at work while they are sitting at it, and use their keyboard and their mouse to do something or show them something on their computer. It's sometimes necessary and quicker than giving them instructions but slightly annoying for them nonetheless.

Meffed Up

When a methhead does something f'd up. (or messed up)

Meth-heads by nature have nil, or at best, limited teeth left.

Hence the pronunciation of "Meffed Up".

Can be used to describe a person's appearance, or an egregious situation, the term can be used quite broadly and still remain effective in meaning.

Did you see that lady back there... (grimaces/smirks) "Dude, she was all meffed up!!"
