Popularized by currently incarcerated rapper Charley "Max B" Wingate on Kanye West's album 'The Life Of Pablo'. Max B addresses Kanye's initially intended usage of the name "Waves" for his album which was a popular term coined by Max B. Rapper WIz Khalifa initially reference Kanye as someone who should acknowledge Max B as the creator of this movement. Twitter drama ensued, and Kanye then had Max B personally cosign his usage of acting in a "Wavy manner" via the ' Silver Surfer Intermission' on Kanye's album.

1) Used to describe the situation in which your laptop shuts down while you're doing something important, such as cyberflirtimh with that cute redhead girl that just moved in down the block, or typing an essay for english class.

Derived from a rarely used slang term, when something "craps on you", meaning that it gives out on you, or embarrasses/makes things worse for you.
