is a statement that can be spoken aloud, when somebody wants to mockingly fool their friend(s) into thinking that the subject in question is found when in fact, it is not. It also works exceedingly well, if the application of a pointed finger is applied.

Bobby, Derek, and Carolyne were looking for a roach that someone had dropped in the car, when Brandon yelled out, "There it isn't!", while he pointed his finger to the floorboard. Everyone knew they were fooled after Brandon started to smile and laugh at the same time.
