When you're using the restroom, and you know it is going to get crazy, so you flush, under the guise of avoiding tainted back splash, and use the noise to cover the explosions to avoid shame and embarrassment from coworkers/ others. Used when there is no time to locate another bathroom. It is also handy to reduce horrible odors. Not for use in drought conditions.

Having eaten a bad breakfast burrito, Tiffany had to employ a hush flush to hide the sputtering explosions erupting from her anus from here loitering co-workers.
