Something which is used to steal your cookies and hack into your Neopets account. It was used by KaosKinesis in the great January 2005 CG Scare.

Kaos is a dick. He should stop using Cookie Grabbers, grow some balls, and step outside and get a real job, and stop 'hacking' people on a kid's website.
