Fibbie is a slang term, mainly used by other law enforcement members, to describe the FBI, who tend to take away cases from local jurisdictions, screw them up, and then blame said local jurisdictions for the screw up.
Is also used by surburban kids who watched too many spy movies.
Largely supersided by the term Party Van.

Law Enforcement Officer: Ah hell, its the Fibbies.
LEO 2: Fuck me, not another case ruined....

flibberty jibbet

A north west England name for someone who is flashy and female,flaunting sexually. The term comes from the way someone "dances" about when being hung... hence the reference to "jibbet", or gallows

Fribbing

Used to emphasize or express surprise, typically in joy, of someone or something.

Typically a side effect of fribbing is foam coming out of the subject fribbing, similar to a rabid dog, though in a joyful way. This is due to the amygdala reacting and in response triggers the posterior area of the insular cortex, thereby, producing foam within the mouth of the subject.

Joe: I just got world record
Mama: Holy frib, I am fribbing so hard rn.
Joe: Yeah, its pretty suprising, I will clean up the foam.
