It's when two dicks (as in the people) start to bicker. The resulting feud is called dickering. I suppose it could be a sort of sword fight between two dicks (the things), but that's just speculation.

Dickstinger

A common strategy in the southeastern United States, where a native wasp is captured and released inside somebody's dwelling at a predetermined time to force them awake.

Most commonly a paper wasp or mud dauber, but occasionally a much more aggressive yellowjacket. The wasp will harass any sleeping guests ultimately preventing returning to sleep.

"Roy thinks he's going to sleep off that hangover, but I've got a dickstinger in a mason jar with his name on it."

"If they don't get up before 10AM, I'm releasing a few dickstingers in their room."
