Dickshelf

A term, originating from the Hawaiian island of Kauai, used to describe an individual who is completely useless. Commonly used in reference to a person who wants to appear busy and is doing something of value, when in fact they are doing absolutely nothing but wasting time and oxygen.

I hate working with that guy, he never does shit, he's a total dickshelf.
