adjective. of short-haired people: small, mangled curls that nest on the head - they can be tight or loose, dangly, ruffled, but it's important that it's a messy nest. Basically it's like a bombed-out perm. Crully is for hair that is either short-cropped or perhaps as long as to reach one's jaw. Derived from a writer's adaptation of a hybrid Afrikaans/English slang word spoken in South Africa, which is used to imply something is curlyish, cramped, messy

Crelliot is the famous 17year old author. His claim to fame - apart from his novels - is being one of the few people to actually finish the Beep Test. Word has it that the movie Kung Pow is based upon Crelliot's life story.
