One who is exhibiting cunt-like behaviors to an extreme degree, such as being an intolerable bitch and/or extraordinarily slutty. The invocation of such a word also likens the cunt to a humongous, slobber-slinging, flesh-eating dinosaur, which is, in fact what a cunt is.
