The 2500-year-old Chinese text that forms the basis of Taoism. A short and simple text that promotes peace, simplicity, and the power of nature. Also spelled Dao De Jing or Daodejing.

I ordered a copy of the Tao Te Ching to look over this week. It's a great read!

The words "ching pow" are more of a lifestyle than simply two words put together. Every person makes a decision as to whether they live the ching pow lifestyle or they don't. Those who live the ching pow lifestyle often celebrate every day victories by saying the words ching pow and putting their fists in the air.
