One who not only enjoys the arts but also has a sense of style to reflect the scene (ex. indie style ties and wearing dress shirts for un dressy events) Also one who indulges in the Indie rock scene, visits contemporary art museums, and enjoys a concert at least once a week. Much like those in the "emo" scene but are not depressed all the time, they are too busy analyzing contemporary art

An Austyn is a type of guy that cares for everyone he loves, family and friends. He can be very nice at times but mean when he has to be. He wants girls to see all the effort he puts into showing them love, but it usually never works out. He can be too nice at some points but always want whats best for everyone. He puts everyone before him.

Trying too hard to be artistic; an overly strong interest in appearing to be aesthetically aware.

From a lyrical marriage of the words "art" (creative or imaginative activity such as painting or poetry) and "fart" (expelling gas). The implication is that the art (or person) in question is no more than a glorified fart.

I don't like his paintings - they're a little bit too artsy fartsy.
