2) Noun. One of the most vile sexual acts conceivable. Uniquely available only to one who's penis abruptly curves at a right angle. Today, the term is applied to 'newbie' people who move to a urban neighborhood from another state or from the suburbs during gentrification. These 'newbies' stay a handful of years at most before leaving to go back where they came from or to an area which has better schools and no crime.
