“Alt” is one of three different categories (sides) of videos on TikTok. Compared to the other sides, it is the most chaotic! A lot of people on alt tiktok use the strobe light effect, cat emojis, grainy video quality, “crunchy” sounding audios, and a bunch of other crazy stuff.

Alt Tiktok

A side of tiktok with people with alternative styles and beliefs. We have goths, punks, the gays, enbies, scene, and more. We have fun and relatable tiktoks and are the home of the LGBTQ+ community. Everyone is accepted here as long as you dont like Tr*mp, support acab, support the LGBTQ+ community and blm. If you're there, you either share our beliefs and styles or have severe trauma. You probably also had a fnaf, undertale, homestuck, mlp, nightcore, emo, or anything like that. You can't label yourself as alternative/alt if you judge people for their hobbies (cosplaying, being a furry, being a gacha, watching anime, ect.) .

TikTok Dom

A TikTok Dom is a man who uses a black and white videos of himself faking a grizzly voice and playing with a belt. They derive from the 50 Shades of Grey trend and personify a "Dom" persona on their account. In reality, they are usually middle aged married men tricking young girls into sending pics or teenage boys who are "Domming" their "Littles" between rounds of Xbox.

A TikTok Dom will more than likely make at least 1 video of them pretending to grab your throat or using an audio clip with a girl calling them “Daddy” or Alpha.

A TikTok Dom has to have seen 50 shades of grey once to be considered a Dom.

The philosophical principle that any and all extraordinary, outrageous, or otherwise controversial video content, featured on the social media app TikTok, should immediately be consider fake and fabricated for clout unless otherwise proven real beyond a shadow of a doubt.
