Someone who clearly likes to over indulge in the party drug GHB GBH. When taking in excess the user often experiences incontrollable body movements, makes random noises and yelling offensive obsenities at total strangers as if they have severe tourettes syndrome.

E-Tard

E-Tard noun "E" coming from the word Electronic and "Tard" from the word Retard.

Originated from the term "B-Tard" being any and all who visit the random board on 4chan. Also from the heavily used trend of putting "E" in front of words to make them seem cool and hip during the "DotCOM" boom of the late 90's to early 2000's.

Tard Tee

Tee shirts that have stupid messages or pictures on them that really say look at me I'm retarded. Any tee shirt where the wearer is trying to project a false image. Concert Tees ,I kicked cancer's ass, or East Omaha America's Asshole are OK as long as they apply to the wearer's experience, if not they are just plain retarded.

That's a real tard tee shirley's got on. Yeah but with tits like that who even notices the message.

2. Someone who may already have, or an insinuated suspicion that they may be dangerously close to having a diagnosable problem with alcohol.

3. Term for a person whose apparent alcohol intoxication seemed cause for a particularly unusual incident of stupid behavior.

Tard Tax

Tard Tax: An official tax on "retards". A retard shall defined as A) a person who acts retarded and jackass like. B) a person lacking logical and critical thinking to come to a logical conclusion. C) One who lacks the ability to examine ALL the facts in front of them and realise they have been lied to.

Self explanatory....The more of a tard a person is the more tax shall be imposed on them.

1) "Hey guess what??...Congress thinks the American people are not awake and may impose a tard tax on them".

2) "Ladies and gentlemen of the Senate and House...since the American people are asleep and we can basically rape and plunder, how much of a tard tax shall we impose on the American people??"
