Basically a hood, ghetto suburb of Norfolk. Most of the shopping is actually in Chesapeake. White trash, Black trash. Rednecks, hillbillies.

Borders the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake. Typical hood suburb hollowed out by large roads and highways left for dead after the neighborhoods were obliterated.

Whites live on one side of the expressway and Blacks live on the other side. Now has a casino that will become the focal point of the city as there's nothing else here. The shopping malls are in Chesapeake and Norfolk.

A lot of gentrification going on they don't have the projects here anymore but you can definitely find trouble if you want it. Actually more house and land for your money than you'll get in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.

Buying in Portsmouth I got priced out of Norfolk they don't want my kind there anymore.
