A person who goes to the gym and doesn't wipe down their sweat off of the gym equipment

I went to the gym earlier and a gym snail had used the equipment I needed, gross.

Gym hippies are usually popular and everybody loves them and they welcome them with a smile. This karma chaser has a look of peaceful confidence, wearing yoga pants (regardless of gender) and unkempt hair. An earthy odour maybe mixed with patchouli or incense, and occasionally the aroma of Snoop Doggs concert. They are extremely friendly and their passive nature tranquilizes your soul which is a bad thing because the only reason you listen to AC/DC on your Ipod is to get hyped up. Make sure you don't get too friendly with a gym hippie because the conversation make turn to hot political topics such as their opinion on the Government or the situation between Donald Trump and Kim John-Un, which you'll have to kindly excuse yourself from or be locked into a 15 minute listening session when all you really wanted to do was your last set of leg presses.

gym envy

Gym envy is when someone tells you that they have gone to the gym or you see people training and you become jealous as you haven't been able to go. Gym envy is smoking getting trimmer whist you are getting fatter as you can't train.

Surfing Instagram after you've just eaten heavy meal of people doing cross fit .... Wanting to throw your phone in the bin with Gym Envy

Friend 2 ; he has Gym envy as he hasn't been able to train this week... Just shut up about your training today as he is moody as he thinks he is fat!

Panic Gymming

I panic gym, you panic gym, we all panic gym. That situation when you spontaneously decide to go out/you're know you're getting laid later/other and you look in the mirror to find your muffin top staring back at you. 'Panic gymming' is a desperate attempt to reverse the damage when it's already too late.
