A person who watches anime and thinks they are japanese , they usually dress up as anime characters and attempt to speak japanese. Most weaboos masturbate to anime. Another term for weaboo is a faggot.

Weaboo

A now dried up word used to describe anyone who likes anime or japanese popculture even to the extent of being the equivalent to japanese otakus who cant be called weaboos(even though many japanese otakus are characterized as acting exactly the same).
Around 2010 and before weaboo was intended to mean anyone who thought they were japanese and knew a lot about the culture when they didnt, but was commonly just used on introverted "dorks" who was "obsessed" with japanese popculture.

Nowadays the word is mainly or only used by people who like japanese popculture and believe they are the TRUE otakus. They generally believe that they are better than said "weaboo" because they think their taste in anime is better or that they are less "weeby" for actually trying to learn japanese. The word can be also shortened to "weeb" in short.

Dork: "Wow. Look at that weaboo. Their profile pic is an anime. hahaha"
Person: "Did they just call me a weeb because of my profile pic. Get a life"
