Paul Rudd was voted sexist man alive, it is widley agreed on but is still technically an opinion, but since its so agreed on, its an opinionated fact.

That column by Jeremy Clarkson is just opinnuendo, the government regulation he is complaining about doesn't even exist.

It's a play on the acronym for the "Open Graphics Library," a computer graphics API infamous for its steep learning curve. The phrase "Open" followed by "Good Luck" is a wry acknowledgment that you are about to embark on a journey where success is far from guaranteed.
