Top Cuh is used to describe the most powerful and intimidating person you have ever seen. The Top Cuh is usually 6'10 and 350 lbs. of pure, chiseled muscle. The Top Cuh is almost always related to street politics and is usually the gang's leader or highest-ranking member.
