Surfalicious can be heard in Florida, California, and Oregon (at least) and is meant to indicate perfection, blissfulness, enlightenment, deliciousness, or any quality of anything that inspires a natural state of awe or heavenly bliss, which is also called "surfalicion." It is named for the quasi-religious state a surfer might obtain from achieving the perfect ride on the perfect wave.
