A marijuana cigarette that contains grabba. The term is used mostly in Jamaica and florida Not to be confused with joint which contains only weed but some jamaicans call spliffy with straight marijuana.

Roadman / Drill slang. ‘Smoked’ is a slang term for killed. Spliff originally means marijuana cigarette; and what do you with spliffs? You smoke them, thus if someone gets put in a spliff, they get smoked, i.e., killed
