Used mostly on people who does live stream that viewers are able to sub (subscribe) to. Definition: To over obsessively send gift subs (subscriptions) to a streamer in hopes they will send you a non-nude, no-face pic, ie. a bulge pic. Often used on male streamers from male viewers (does not have to be gay; can be a bromance).
