The CheyTac M-200 Intervention is a bolt-action sniper rifle chambered for the proprietary .408 CheyTac round, claimed to be among the most accurate sniper rifles on the market with an accuracy of 1 MOA up to 3000 yards. m-count

A person's number count of how many people they made out with.
"m" is a reference to the n-count (just the letter next to it) but also stands for "makeout".
Kissing with tongue definitely counts toward the m-count, kisses on the cheek do not.
Kissing someone ON the mouth is subject to personal interpretation (like petting/just the tip may or may not be counted towards the n-count).

The m-count should be (much) higher than the n-count for most people.
