An Asian person living in America who is who is so white washed that they make everyone out side of their (usually small) group of friends hate being around them to the point of self mutilation.
These people are usually fans of current fads (such as Harry potter) but will just as soon blog about how much they hate another (such as twilight).
This phenomena is unique to the 1990s generation for a reason that no one is really sure of.

Is the Aaron Carter equivalent but a few feet smaller and can be easily mistaken for a girl. Essentially is the same wannabe almost Disney Star like crap yet he dosen't have Hilary Duff nor puberty.

Girl 1- Hey look! its Aaron Carter!
Girl 2- (looks closely at small person) Um... I dont think that's Aaron...
Girl 1- Why say that? it looks just like him!
Girl 2- Hear the girly voice? notice that he is not even 5ft tall?
