The term used to describe a female that has had someone insert Otter Pops Popsicles into their vagina, also known as a twat, (minus the wrapper) to aid in reviving them after she has overdosed on opiates. They have also been known to have been eaten and enjoyed once revival has been accomplished by the person inserting aforementioned popsicles.

Like dating a popular kid you don't even like or hanging around kids that are popular even though you don't like them.
