SML effect

The sml (super mario logan) effect is a process in which a cast made of non original characters are slowly replaced by original characters resembling the cast. Noteable examples include SML and SMG4.

"Have you seen they redesigned fishy boopkins?"

Razalas Effect

When a person knows one of their best friends has broken the bro code on numerous occasions and insists on remaining friends with said friend regardless of their past offenses knowing full well that they are bound to break the code once more.

Danny, you are letting your friend get off easy even though he broke the bro code and it wasn't even the first time either. You're creating the Razalas Effect.

Matpat Effect

When a person reads a YouTube video title and gets convinced at first that it’s about the channel poster’s departure, only to watch the video and it’s about something else.
This was coined after Matpat leaving Game Theory, and causing some other YouTubers to leave too.

YouTube Title: The Future of the Channel…
Comment below video: Holy shit, I thought you were leaving for a second.
Reply: No, that’s just the Matpat effect calling to you.
