When your doing a girl doggy style and go on a roids rage. You then take a lanyard or lamp cord and start choking the girl from behind until she passes out.
A couples guys in English came up with this after a cetain someone started choking the crap out of a kid from behind and was getting off to it.

nirvana

The best band of the last 20 years. Pretty much put the word "grunge" into the world's musical lexicon, and made sure that for a few wonderful years, we could listen to something that wasn't commercial, over-produced crap. Nirvana was music as it is supposed to be. It didn't sound like it had been recorded, and then put through countless machines and computers to make sure it sounded just right. It sounded like the band picked up their instruments, turned on a mic, and recorded as they played. And thank you, Nirvana, for ending the period of misery that was '80s glam metal.

Nirvana's Unplugged in New York album is excellent and should be listened to by everyone. And I'm so sick of people saying that Smells Like Teen Spirit is their best song.
