Duct Tape Deathmatch 

A very high risk and high stakes street race. Both of the drivers have one hand duct-taped to the steering wheel, limiting the turning radius of the wheel. They have the other hand free to shift gears.

Duct Tape Deathmatch races most commonly take place on narrow winding mountain roads.

Using the handbrake to lock the rear wheels is a common technique to achieve a smaller turning radius.

Please do not do this yourself.

Like red tape, but specifically pertaining to environmental regulations (hence green) that would prevent construction projects or any other initiative.
