A genre of music that sprung up on soundcloud in 2019 from artists like: gxmini, tdos/o9zane, 808trel, and D3SIRES. Consisting of futuristic sounds and various game samples, ambient pads, sines, and autotuned vocals with reverb.

Its name being a reference to a concept in sci-fi universes about traversing in the future with wormhole based mechanisms. Combination of elements from glitchcore, pluggnb, ambient, and drain.
