A personality or state of mind where one is ready and willing to cause a great deal of (and likely excessive and/or destructive) problems with the right circumstances or situation.

Person 1: Dude, Steve has such a Molotov personality it's frightening.
Person 2: Yeah, I know. Don't get him started on politics or he might throw a table.
