Surrounded by extreme poverty and hours of trailer parks, downtown pikeville is full of tulips and has an excessively nice purple playground and light up fountain.

Pikeys also always jell their hair aand sometimes bleach it blonde. NOTE:u must be all or at least 60% of these things to be a pikey
