Contraction of "two-penneth" or "two-pennies" from British English slang. It's usually utilised when a person gives his/hers opinion on a subject, but want to highlight the fact that their opinion is their own not necessarily supported by empiric evidence, etc.. something on the lines of ".. this is what I think, may not be much but here you go.."

Monongahela is right next to the Monongahela River, Monongahela is elevated so "Mon City" has a aquatorium which is a seated area with stairs going down to a platform of concrete right on the River which is also I river front stage for the concerts "Mon City" puts on in the summer, it also serves a purpose as doc dogs stage for when that happens in the summers.
