Kurt is a australian word meaning a mixture between good and cool. It is a compliment of the highest regard and upmost respect.
It originates from western victoria, Australia.
And has been used throughout NSW and NT, mostly in small outback towns.

Likewise the word Un-Kurt means the opposite most likely used sarcastically. Being bad and not cool and un popular.
