Can take the form of a public request for validation of personality via "feedback." Often followed by a recap of all the positive (and some negative) responses on social media.

"Hey all, in my never-ending quest to define myself, I'm asking for YOUR thoughts! What am I good at? What can I do better? All responses will be considered, and nothing is off the table!"

Oh no. Is Sarah at it again? I guess some people only know how to use social media to feed their extroverted insecurity.
