Basically the word formed by combineing hippocratic and liar together, but i think that it means: a person who lies but then turns around and tells a person that its bad to lie and makes it clear that their right when their really wrong.

if you let one person say his oppinion with out question or contradicting them and then turn around and not let anyone else do the same and the entire time your lying. your a hippocraticliar.

Hippo Muncher

A destructive piece software which targets the Windows Operating System's Boot Loader overriding it. After running it the computer will be unable to boot into Windows instead displaying a message saying "Looks like a hippo just ate your bootloader, man that sucks."
