A scat baby is the shit of a man who has previously eaten another man's shit. The idea is that guys who love shit sexually will eat other men's shit. Eating the other man's shit is like the conception. The eater is pregnant with the shit pregnancy usually for 24 hours or when he digests and shits out the other man's shit.
Scat babies are basically recycled shit passed through more than one man's digestive system.
