Mix a shot glass of your fav liquor and cream. The person who is the "whale" gets on all fours and sticks their ass in the air. Then the person sticks confetti up their ass and then wedges the shot glass filled with liquor in their asshole. A second person then takes the shot with only their mouth while the "whale" pushes with their abdomen to shoot out the confetti into the air.
