Pure domination in an argument of any kind. Coming from the slang word "to son" which means to dominate in an unspecified genre of competition, a verbal sonning pertains only to conversational situations.

Verbal Tweet

A verbalized account of mundane, useless information which nobody cares to hear about. Very common in a cubicle environment where heckling chics laugh, carry on, and discuss everything from hair products, to the guys they were with this past weekend, to the loathing of the boss.

Very much like a Twitter update but much more painful and boring. You cannot choose to click them off. You are subjected to this nonsense all day, everyday... verbally. Verbal Tweet.

verbal identity

the part of a corporate identity that can be expressed in words - usually including values, vision statement, proposition, positioning, brand promise, key characteristics, tone of voice. It underpins the visual parts of the identity such as logos, colourways, graphic architecture etc.
