The non sequitur term meaning to pour tequila down the window shaft of the driver's side of somebody's car door, thus ensuring that if they get pulled over by the pigs anytime within the next several weeks, they will get arrested for drinking and driving because all the cop will be able to smell is tequila.

I'm gonna go out pizzaing the hut and get people arrested for drinking and driving.
