game effort

1) When the team/player one bet on loses in spectacular fashion, causing emotional stress and financial destitution to the gambler. This could be due to a blowout loss or a last-second heartbreaking backdoor cover.

2) When one's favorite team/player loses in spectacular fashion, causing emotional stress to the fan.

One may add "sport" or "kid" to the end of the phrase for more effect.

A state of mind or demeanor that one has when they are ready to party. If you are ready to party, you have your gameface plastered on, and if you aren't you have it stashed in your pocket. A group of people who are always ready to party might be nicknamed the "gameface girls" or "gameface guys"
If you call a friend and ask them to go out, you might say.."is your gameface on tonight, or is it in the pocket?" And they would reply "my gameface is plastered! come pick me up!"

Game Master

"Game master," "gamemaster," or simply "GM" is a title for the officials in an online RPG (role-playing game) which refers to those in power in a game whom do any of the following: devise rules and regulations for the game and design how the gameplay will be (developer), enforce those rules and regulations (moderator), or had a hand in developing the game's scripts itself (coder).

Not to be confused with "Master Gamer," who is simply a player who has mastered the game (a person that is extremely good at the game that has had no hand in the workings of the game).
"Be careful using your hacks right now dude, there's a Game Master in the lobby! Don't want to get banned."

"Damn GM, I was having a good time wrecking these noobs with Huzuni."
