You request a specific set of skills and an alotted amount of time from me to accomplish a task/project. Therefore, upon my employment, you give me whatever I want or I accept whatever you're offering in return; proir to or upon completion of the task/project.

empty bus syndrome

After you staff a Birthright Israel trip and all the participants are growing up, progressing in their careers, and moving on in their adult lives.

I really miss being on Birthright with all of the trip participants. They're all so grown up now and I miss the good old days when we were stuck on a bus together for 10 days . Yep, I've got Empty Bus Syndrome.
