Used in the context of people/celebrities getting cosmetic surgery. To be bogged is to have so much surgery that you start to morph into the Bogdanoff twins.
Person A: Hey did you see Sarah's new lip injections and facelift?
Person B: Yeah, she's starting to get bogged hard.
