Since the late 80's, my circle of friends has used the term "gank" interchangably with "screw", "screwed over", or "to rip on" or "to tease" or "to get over on".

"He's just pissed off cause you ganked him when he said he liked the Angels"

"Dude ganked me, he sprayed shaving cream all over my car!"

A word I made up pronounced "ganky" usually said twice (IE. ganki ganki)

Means absolutely nothing and can be used in many different situations.

You: Ganki ganki
person: wtf?
