cop a feel

Refers to a horny police officer's using a "frisk" ('cuz he's feeling "frisky") as a selfish/shameless opportunity to "sample the merchandise" on an attractive fellow human.

If you're an extra-cute lady and you're not doing anything wrong while you're out driving, don't worry too much if you get puled over --- most likely the officer just wants to cop a feel. Same deal with a "frisk" or a "pat-down", as well... the lust-crazed "dirty old man with a badge" is feeling "frisky", and so he wants to "pat" you "down there".

A characterization of a fighter's displayed skill or aptitude in hand-to-hand or general combat, shown famously poor in United States police. Also used to denote a lack of one's fortitude or resilience to stress/stressful situations, or abject cowardice.

Yeah, they were swingin at each other. But like a couple of cops-so no one got hurt.

Cop Drop

n. The deft act of physically dropping your cell phone in the middle of a call, whilst driving your car, to avoid getting ticketed for not using a hands- free device while driving. There is no time to give notice to the person on the other end of the line, so they may wonder what all the noise was about as your phone tumbles to the floor mat or between the seats.

Not a required technique in all states... yet.

(Person on the OEL): "Yo, what was all that thumping around? You were in the middle of saying something and then it sounded like you fell down."

(Driver): "I had to do a cop drop. The po- po just flew up on my ass. He's gone. Now where were we?"

i had just made myself sum cake and i went to wash mii hands and when i turned around sumone had cop blocked on mii cake.....like seriously it was totally all gone,the onli thing left was crumbs and a knife which i was about to use on mii little brother 4 eating it
