A conjoining of the (company) names 'Microsoft' and 'Mojang'.
Microjang can be used to jointly refer to the two companies and their combined endeavours since Mojang was acquired by Microsoft in 2014.

Wow, Microjang has made so many superfluous, immoral, disrespectful, politically involved, and downright bad decisions in its handling of Minecraft. I much prefer Mojang before Notch sold to Microsoft.
