Feeling Magenta

A term coined by Blanche Devereaux from the sitcom The Golden Girls. She describes it as so many negative emotions trampling each other that it's hard to know what exactly you're feeling. You're not entirely sad, so not blue. You're not entirely jealous, so not green. You're not entirely afraid, so not yellow. And you're not entirely angry, so not red. It's a mix of all of them, and some can be more present than others. Blanche used magenta to describe a feeling she hates because she dislikes the color magenta.

Dorothy: I was feeling jealous and lonely and God knows what else.
Blanche: Magenta.
Dorothy: Excuse me?
Blanche: Feeling magenta. That's what I call it when I get that way. All kinds of feelings tumbling all over themselves. I hate that feeling! I just hate it! And I hate the color magenta. That's why I named it that.

DAH Feeling

DAH feeling is a once in a blue moon event, in which you and 2-3 of your good friends acquire a random outburst of happiness. DAH feeling comes naturally, but more likely in places such as the Diner, either in Monroe or Westfield, Panera Bread, or in a friends basement. When you have DAH feeling, you may make decisions in which you would not normally make.

Goose Feeding

An alternate definition for funneling a beer. Tamed geese are fed by tubes being placed down their throats to pump corn and other sources of food into their stomachs. However, from now on, when you want to funnel a beer, you refer to it as Goose Feeding.

Are we goose feeding tonight? I'm down to get some beers in me.

Residual feelings are feelings that remaine after a relationship that has ended over the course of some period of time. Often covered up with a lie of boredom when caught looking at an ex partners facebook page or instagram.
